Return Policy

In order to avoid disputes between LA-Be’ Candle and the customer, when the customer receive the goods, please check whether the goods are in good order immediately. If there is any problem, please take a photo of the defective part of the goods and contact us at once.

The following conditions

1) The product is damaged

2) Wrong good(s) delivered

If it is due to delivery error, the shipping costs for the returned goods and re-ordering of goods will be responsible by LA-Be’ Candle (The maximum shipping charge should not be more than HK$50)

The following conditions can not apply for a refund or returned:

1) Delivery time too long

2) Individual good out of stock and request to refund for other goods of the same order

3) Delivery time delayed due to shipping problem

4) Damaged by human factor

5) If the goods was damaged due to improper use or demolition caused by human factor will not accept

6) Dissatisfaction on the Quality, Color, Packaging

*LA-Be’ Candle reserves the right for final decision.

為避免雙方發生爭議,當顧客收到商品後,請即時檢查商品是否完整。

如發現有以下問題,請清楚拍下該件商品有問題的部分,並盡快與我們聯絡

1) 商品有損壞

2) 錯配商品

因商品配送失誤,退回商品運費及寄出重訂商品時的運費均由LA-Be’ Candle承擔。(所承擔之最高總運費金額不得高於港幣50元)

以下情況不可申請退款或退換:

1) 等候發貨時間太長

2) 個別商品斷貨而要求訂單的其他商品退款

3) 因運送問題而延誤送遞時間

4) 人為破損

5) 若貨品因消費者個人不當使用拆卸產生人為因素造成故障、損毀、髒污、包裝破損不完整者,恕不接受退貨。

6) 因品質、顏色、包裝與預期有出入並非退貨原因。
